Why didn't I try this sooner?

Venturing into the local cuisine kept breakfast at bay, but the surroundings felt vibrant. Some amenities showed age, especially the AC, but the pool was a nice touch. Would consider returning for the ambiance.

absolutely charming hotel with accommodating staff, i enjoyed excellent location. location: the venue was not far from the restaurant or the bar, and torreon on business. it also was in the center. the breakfast had a lot of outstanding options, and was awesome and excellent.

The location is great and they have parking on-site. 10 minutes drive to the airport, it is located in the center.

Indoor pool cozy but needs maintenance. Buffet breakfast had great local options. Room felt a bit neglected with cleanliness.

We had an amazing ride through the Cableway to Cristo de las Noas, which offers amazing views of Torreón. The hotel had a wonderful pool. Plus, it was great that the staff was attentive to our elderly parents needs.

My kids wished for a more kid-friendly dining option.

Awesome place with great wi-fi, free parking, and a fitness center. The staff helped me with printing on my first stay, leaving a lasting impression. I'm coming back for a business trip.

A fair review, pros and cons

The indoor pool was inviting, and the staff went the extra mile to assist me with anything I needed. I appreciated the vibrant atmosphere created by the breakfast buffet.

On the downside, the room cleanliness didn't meet expectations, and the noise from adjacent rooms disrupted my sleep.

great central access to parks and fascinating museums nearby

I loved how easy it was to walk to the Laguna Regional Museum and the beautiful Alameda Zaragoza, made my city strolls so enjoyable , even if I did encounter a few cleanliness concerns with the suite that could use some attention.

Room for improvement

The place has its charm, but there are issues. The suite smelled weird and was kinda dirty. I had to clean the tub before using it. Room service wasn't super reliable too. On a brighter note, the restaurant food was decent! Just gotta watch out for their new guest policy, which seems a bit strict.
